Jérémy Recchione's Cote de Nuits Village Rouge is a true expression of Pinot Noir under the Appellation Cote de Nuits Village Controlèe. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, with an alcohol content of 13%, this wine undergoes meticulous manual harvesting in 5 kg crates, ensuring fruit preservation through rigorous vineyard selection.

The winemaking process is executed with great care and attention to maintain the purity of the grapes. A 10-month maturation period in wooden barrels imparts complexity and distinctive structure to the wine.

Jérémy Recchione, a talented winemaker of the new generation, embarked on his journey in 2010. His production is extremely limited, with only 1 or 2 barrels of each wine per year, yielding just 150 to 375 bottles annually. With only 1160 bottles produced of this Pinot Noir, it promises to be a rare and sought-after wine. His dedication to quality is reflected in every sip, offering an extraordinary palate experience.

Domaine Jeremy Recchione is a young up-and-comer of natural viticulture in Burgundy.Based in Gevrey Chambertin, the Domaine has estates in Gevrey, Saint Romain, Meursault, and Fizin, as well as in the Rhône, not far from Cornas. Jeremy Recchione currently produces only 2,500 bottles, but there is no doubt that he represents the future of Burgundian viticulture.
