Dolcetto D'Alba 2020 is a Piedmontese red wine produced by Luigi Oddero. Dolcetto grapes come from different areas such as: Serralunga d'Alba commune, Collaretto locality and La Morra south commune, on soils composed of not very deep calcareous marls alternating with layers of sand mixed with clay and rich in mineral salts. In order to preserve the original fragrance and aromas of the grape, it is chosen to vinify this wine completely in stainless steel tanks, plus some months of aging in bottle. Dolcetto d'Alba 2020 by Luigi Oddero shows a ruby red color with violet hues, while the fresh nose offers fruity and floral aromas, for a harmonious sip between freshness and smoothness.
