Dolcetto d'Alba 2021 Paolo Scavino

The Dolcetto d'Alba 2021 produced by Paolo Scavino is a Piedmontese red wine whose grapes come from 50-year-old vineyards in optimal positions for the growth of this vine.

Once harvested, the grapes are transported to the cellar where fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers, where it then matures for several months until it is deemed ready to be bottled.

The Dolcetto d'Alba from the Paolo Scavino winery is typically ruby red in colour with purple highlights. The nose expresses vinous and fresh fruit scents, for a sip of great freshness and vivacity.
