Dona Branca 2018 Fazenda Pradio
Dona Branca 2018 is a fine Spanish wine produced by Fazenda Pradio. It is made from 100% Dona Branca grapes, an indigenous white grape variety that is grown in the company's 5 hectares of vineyards, vineyards that are located at an altitude of 500 m on granite soils.
Xavi Soeanes, the company's heir, works according to the traditional principles handed down by his family, which are based on respect for the environment and for the natural characteristics of the wine, so in both the vineyard and the cellar the utmost care is taken, fermentation is spontaneous and the use of sulphites is almost completely eliminated.
The winery's style can be identified in the great freshness of its wines, resulting from Xavi's choice to harvest the grapes early.The wine undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel barrels, as well as maturation. It does not undergo any filtration or clarification. Fazenda Pradio's Dona Branca is a fresh white wine with hints of fruit, white flowers and mineral notes for a pleasant, lively sip.
