Ex Vero II Werlitsh
Ex Vero II 2016 is an Austrian white wine produced by Werlitsch according to principles of biodynamic and natural agriculture. The company is a small family-run business located in the southern Styria region of Austria, which works according to the principle of biodynamic standards. This wine is a blend of the two most cultivated white grape varieties in this area: Sauvignon blanc and Chardonnay, and they want to represent a way of producing pure, authentic and character wines. The names of the labels of the Ex-vero range derive from the different slopes of the various locations where the vineyards are located: I is located on sand and clay above the rock in the slope area, II on the slope and III on the slope highest. The terroir gives this Ex Vero II intense hints of mineral salts, in particular the flint, together with smoky and finally fruity hints of peach and yellow melon.
