Description

Fetembulles Chenin Ancestral 2019 Robinot

Fetembulles Chenin Ancestrale 2019 is a French natural sparkling wine from the Loire region, produced by Robinot. An alternative character and eclectic winemaker, always passionate about natural wines, Jean Pierre Robinot in the 80s sets up the Ange Vin in a Paris, one of the first wine shops of natural wines in the city. Years later he starts writing for a magazine "Le Rouge et Blanc" which will soon become the Bible for all natural wine lovers. In 2001 we sell the wine shop and return to Loire where you decide to start the big step of starting to produce wine. Today it has 10 hectares, divided into different areas, located halfway between Tours and Le Mans, near the Sarthe river, a tributary of the Loire. Pineau d'Aunis, Chenin Blanc and Gamay are the protagonists of the "Domaine de L'Ange Vin". "L'Opera des Vins" indicates the wines purchased from grapes purchased from neighboring vignerons, personally and carefully selected. Robinot wines ferment for a long time, from 2 to 4 years, harvested with indigenous natives and the refinements take place in old used barrels. Its products are free of sulphites (VINS S.A.I.N.S "sans aucun intrant ni sulfites ajoutes"). In addition to all this, to make Robinot's wines unique are the labels that are changed every year, the result of his paintings or photographs. Fetembulles Chenin 2019 is an ancestral sparkling wine based on Chenin Blanc, an autochthonous white grape variety with great aging potential that gives the wines aromas and great freshness. Fermented in the bottle, blossomede drunk immediately or to be stored for a few years in the cellar. Recommended pairing with appetizer meats, risotto, white meats, fresh cheeses, fries and sushi.
