Fiano 2019 L'Archetipo
Fiano 2019 is a natural wine from Apulia produced by L'Archetipo. It is made from 100% Fiano Minutolo grapes, a white grape variety indigenous to Apulia, which grows on a clay soil with limestone mixed with siliceous stones and rich in humus.
Alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation, takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for 6-7 days. After separation of the marc from the must through soft pressing, fermentation continues for another two months. Finally, the wine is aged in steel for 5-6 months on the lees with pumping over every 15 days.
Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it has a nose characterised by floral scents, with light herbaceous and fruity notes. The taste is medium-bodied, characterized by a nice balance between freshness and softness.
