Fiano di Avellino Sequenzha 2021 Benito Ferrara
Fiano D'Avellino Sequenzha 2021 is a white wine from Campania produced by Benito Ferrara. It is produced with Fiano grapes, one of the most important white berried grapes of the region.
Grapes come from vineyards located between 450 and 600 meters above sea level, with southern exposure. The fermentation of the must takes place spontaneously by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel containers, where the wine is left to mature for a period of 7 months on its fine lees before bottling and release. Benito Ferrara's Fiano di Avellino "Sequenzha" has an intense straw yellow color.
To the nose it expresses a complex and elegant bouquet of fruity aromas, herbaceous notes, toasted hazelnut for a medium bodied sip, balanced and persistent with a sapid finish. A full bodied, elegant and territorial white wine, it goes well with pretty structured fish dishes.
