The Freisa di Chieri DOC Frizzante is an excellent expression of the Piedmontese territory, elegantly celebrating the indigenous Freisa grape variety. The vineyards, kissed by the sun and caressed by a fresh breeze, find their home in the hills of the Province of Turin, where the terroir expresses itself in all its majesty.

The Freisa grapes, undisputed protagonists of this wine, are treated with the utmost care from the vineyard. Harvested by hand with attention and selected carefully, they undergo a delicate soft pressing, with separation of the stems, to preserve the purity and integrity of the fruits.

The vinification process is characterized by fermentation with the skins at controlled temperature, allowing for optimal extraction of the aromas and characteristic colors of the Freisa variety, while ensuring freshness and liveliness to the wine.

The result is a wine with a sparkling character, lively and with an intense ruby color, which on the nose offers fruity and floral aromas, with notes of blackcurrant, cherry, and violet. In the mouth, it is fresh and balanced, with a pleasant acidity that makes it extremely versatile at the table.
