Gevrey Chambertin 2019 Jean Fournier

Pinot Noir grapes come from two parcels (Clos Prieur, Creux Brouillard) of the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation. Grapes are partially destemmed, cold macerated, with no added yeast and no filtration.

The subsequent aging is done in medium size oak casks. This wine expresses a very refined nose composed of fruity and smoky aromas, for a smooth and enveloping sip.
