Gevrey-Chambertin 2019 Domaine Taupenot Merme

Gevrey-Chambertin 2019 is a fine red wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine Taupenot Merme. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown according to organic and sustainable farming principles, and after vinification in stainless steel, it is aged in 20% new oak barrels for between 12 and 14 months.

The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin shows a concentrated ruby red colour to the eye, with a predominantly fruity nose of red fruits, aromas perceptible both on the nose and on the palate, where a pleasant return of herbaceous notes is added. The sip is medium-bodied, elegant and balanced.
