Gevrey Chambertin Les Evocelles 2019 is a red wine from Burgundy produced using natural methods by Domaine Philippe Livera. The Pinot Noir grapes come from a higher area than the others with more chalk in the soils, which gives great elegance and minerality to the wine.

The wine is made using natural farming methods that aim to express the different terroirs in an authentic way. Fermentations are spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts, while the wine is aged in 40% new French oak barrels for a period of 11 to 18 months depending on the vintage.

This Gevrey Chambertin Les Evocelles 2019 expresses aromas of red fruit, pepper and liquorice on the nose for an elegant and mineral sip.
