Born from selected Pinot Nero grape pomace, it imparts a rich and refined foundation. Grhum grappa patiently matures for the first 24 months in new oak barrels, expertly balancing the complexity of Pinot Nero.

Its sensory journey becomes a unique experience as the grappa is transferred to a cask that previously held the excellent Demerara rum by Silver Seal. This rum, with its full-bodied and aromatic profile of caramel, vanilla, and spices, contributes to an additional 5 years of refinement for Grhum grappa.
