La Grande Signature Cuvée Nadège 2010 D. De Rapatel
The Grande Signature Cuvée Nadège 2010 is a French natural wine from Languedoc Roussilon produced by D. De Rapatel. Only the best vintages are signed by Gerard 'Grand Signature', like this Cuvée Nadège, made from a blend of Bourboulenc, Chasan, Roussanne, from 30-40 year old vines.
All stages of production are conducted with the utmost care and respect for the environment and the grapes themselves, according to the philosophy adopted by the Domaine de Rapatel, which produces authentic wines, far from following fashions and appellations of origin. The grapes are harvested when they have reached a high degree of ripeness, pressing is direct and cold decanting.
Fermentation is spontaneous and very long, resulting in an opulent, ripe white wine with subtle notes of pineapple, banana and acacia honey. In the mouth, the sip is full, fat but supported by good acidity, with returns to the nose of tropical fruit, notes of butter and bitter orange marmalade.
"Cuvée Nadége" La Grande Signature 2010 is a unique and exceptional white wine, not to be missed.
