The Remise de la Mordorée, a cuvée vinified and matured without the addition of sulfites, captures the deep and enveloping character of Marselan. This 100% Marselan wine embodies Domaine de la Mordorée's commitment to Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture Demeter, with completely manual harvesting and selection.

The vines grow on sandy soils with a hint of clay, imparting a unique complexity to the wine. In the cellar, vinification and aging strictly follow organic and biodynamic methods, using indigenous yeasts and keeping sulfite additions to a minimum. From destemming to pressing, each phase is carefully managed with temperature control.

The result is an authentic wine that embodies the distinctive character of Marselan. The Remise de la Mordorée captivates with its deep ruby red color and a complex bouquet of red and black fruits. On the palate, it stands out for its roundness and vibrant fruitiness, with a balanced structure.

The Domaine de la Mordorée embodies the essence of winemaking passion and respect for the land in the magnificent setting of the Vallée du Rhône. Founded in 1986 by Francis Delorme and his son Christophe, this domaine is not just a winery but a story of dedication and vision.

Spanning across various prestigious appellations of the region, including Tavel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, and others, the vineyard stretches over 60 hectares divided into 40 parcels across 8 municipalities.
