Langhe Nebbiolo 2019 Cascina Roccalini
Cascina Roccalini's Langhe Nebbiolo is a fine, high quality wine, ideal for wine lovers looking for a product with unique and distinctive characteristics. The grapes used to produce this wine come from vineyards located in the Piedmont region of Italy.
The grapes used to produce Langhe Nebbiolo come from vineyards located at an altitude of approximately 300 metres above sea level, on limestone soils that give the wine unique and distinctive characteristics.
The vines are cultivated using traditional techniques, with particular attention to soil and plant management, without the use of chemicals. The vinification of Langhe Nebbiolo takes place in a completely natural way, with a spontaneous fermentation process using indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulphites.
After fermentation, the wine is left to age in oak barrels for at least 12 months before being bottled and marketed. The result is an elegant and complex wine, with an intense ruby colour with garnet reflections.
On the nose, Cascina Roccalini's Langhe Nebbiolo is characterised by notes of red and black fruit, sweet and slightly herbaceous spices, while on the palate it stands out for its balanced structure and delicate tannicity. The aftertaste is persistent and aromatic, with notes of liquorice and dark chocolate that blend perfectly with the structure of the wine.
