Langhe Nebbiolo 2021 Trediberri
Langhe Nebbiolo from the Trediberri cellar is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown mostly in the communes of La Morra, Levice, Vicoforte and Monticello d'Alba. alcoholic fermentation takes place mostly in cement and partly in steel (depending on the vintage) and lasts about 10-12 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in cement or steel and cold stabilisation outside or in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After stabilisation, the wine continues to age for a few months in cement, steel or fibreglass, before being bottled, usually between April and May of the year following the harvest.
Langhe Nebbiolo Trediberri is a wine to drink in company, fresh and fruity, drinkable but not banal.
