Langhe Nebbiolo Ochetti 2016 Renato Ratti
Langhe Nebbiolo 'Ochetti' 2016 is a red wine from Piedmont produced by Renato Ratti. It is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes that come from the Roero area, on the hills to the left of the Tanaro river, on a mainly sandy soil matrix that confers great elegance and intense aromas.
Fermentation takes place in steel with maceration on the skins for 7-10 days, followed by ageing in oak barrels for 8 months.
Renato Ratti's winery remains faithful to tradition through a wine with a soft, fruity and elegant style. Renato Ratti's Langhe Nebbiolo Ochetti 2016 is a well-balanced and pleasantly drinkable red wine, which shows a ruby red colour with some garnet reflections. The nose offers a mouth-watering bouquet of small red fruits such as wild strawberry and raspberry, rose and black pepper, for a pleasant and velvety sip with good structure.
A wine suitable for spit-roasted and grilled red meats, game, fondue with truffles, agnolotti, white and red meat dishes of the grand cuisine with spicy sauces.
