Gaja Sorì Tildin is obtained by vinifying in purity the most important Piedmontese grape variety, Nebbiolo. After a careful selection, only the best bunches are harvested by hand to create this fine bottle, after fermentation in steel, the wine matures for 12 months in barriques and another 12 months in large casks as for other Gaja wines, only in this way they can obtain the depth and complexity that has always distinguished them.
Sorì Tildin Gaja is ruby red in the glass with garnet hues, the nose is complex, the glass alternates balsamic and spicy notes, hints of ripe fruit and tertiary aromas such as leather and tobacco. In the mouth the wine is full and robust, in perfect balance between freshness and fine and well integrated tannins. The finish is long and slightly sapid, with an incredible persistence.
