Latour a Civitella Grechetto Bio 2020 Sergio Mottura
Grechetto Bio 'Latour a Civitella' 2020 is an organic white wine from Lazio produced by Sergio Mottura. It is made from 100% Grechetto grapes from the highly suitable terroir of Civitella d'Agliano, on the border between Lazio and Umbria, on clay soils.
The wine ferments in steel and then in barriques, where it will age for 9 months followed by a further 6 months in the bottle. Sergio Mottura's Grechetto 'Latour a Civitella' 2020 shows an intense golden yellow colour in the glass.
The nose offers an aromatic range that opens with aromas of white flowers, peach, citrus fruits, followed by notes of dried fruit, honey and vanilla. On the palate the wine is well balanced between freshness and softness, fruity and with a long, savoury finish.
