Il Lauro comes from a selection of grapes from the historic vineyard "Mogliette" planted in 1969 on the clayey soil of a windy hill exposed to the west, the longevity of the vineyard and the particular location allow a late harvest and the achievement of an excellent balance between acidity and sugar content. The historicity of the plant, the management of the vines, the selection of the bunches during harvest and the maniacal attention in all the processing phases allows us to obtain a full bodied, velvety and decidedly refined wine.
