Le Cese 2020 Collecapretta
"Le Cese" 2020 is a red wine produced in Umbria by Collecapretta using natural methods, obtained in respect of nature with 100% Sangiovese grapes from vines cultivated in the hills using the traditional espalier system.
The Collecapretta winery produces wines with respect for nature and the land, no chemical interventions are carried out in the vineyard and the only help given to the plants is through the fertiliser produced by the farm's animals, in the cellar only spontaneous fermentation is practised with yeasts from the grapes or from the cellar, the wine is neither clarified nor filtered and no sulphur is added.
"Le Cese" Collecapretta 2020 ferments spontaneously and matures in glass containers. It presents itself in the glass of a beautiful purple colour with a tendency to ruby, releasing hints of cherry, violet, leather, undergrowth, roots and humus. In the mouth, it is full-bodied and juicy and consistently follows the nose, the acidity stands out and accompanies the wine throughout the sip.
