Le Montrachet Grand Cru 2019 Guy Amiot

"Le Montrachet" is a Grand Cru wine produced by Domaine Amiot, made from two small parcels of great value from vineyards over 90 years old, growing on soils rich in skeleton and pebbles, with a southern exposure at medium altitude.

Yields are very low and this allows for a high aromatic concentration in the wines. After fermentation, the wine is aged for about 18 months in French oak barrels.

This label is one of the most important of the Domaine, a Chardonnay of incredible value and character: it expresses a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections, while the nose offers scents of exotic fruit and delicate floral aromas. The taste is deep and persistent, balanced by a nice freshness and suitable for a long aging.
