Le Petit Journal de Rapatel 2014 D. De Rapatel
Le Petit Journal de Rapatel 2014 is a French Languedoc Roussilon wine produced by D. De Rapatel. Made using biodynamic farming methods, this wine is a blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
The grapes are harvested in a healthy and perfectly ripe state, after which the must ferments spontaneously with its yeasts in glass and cement vats, where it remains to age for a long period before being bottled, without sulphites.
Le Petit Journal de Rapatel 2014 from Domaine de Rapatel is a complex but very fresh red wine with a distinctly fruity profile. Bright ruby red in colour, it expresses aromas of cherry, pomegranate and honey on the nose, for a full, warm, fresh and lively sip. A red wine of exceptional balance and pleasantness!
