Lirac 2019 L'Anglore
Lirac 2019 is a rosé wine produced using natural methods by Domaine Anglore. It is a blend of 60% Grenache noir, blanc and gris grapes, 20% Clairette rose and blanche, 20% Mourvedre.
It ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, carrying out a 3-week whole-cluster carbonic maceration, and with this we would expect a wine with the characteristics of fragrance and immediacy, yet it is a concentrated and full-bodied red.
It is made using organic viticulture methods and has a beautiful intense ruby red colour to the eye. The nose is dominated by aromas of red fruits such as plums and blackberries and hints of minerals. The taste is soft, pleasant and characterised by a nice savoury finish.
REGION: Rhone Valley (France)
