Lirac "La Dame Rousse" is a cuvée that enchants with its velvety tannins and impeccable freshness, revealing a captivating bouquet of black fruits. This wine, a perfect balance of Grenache and Syrah, is a true delight: round, flavorful, and spicy.

The vines, cultivated according to the strict standards of Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture Demeter, give life to clusters that reflect the authenticity of the terroir. The clay-siliceous soils with rolled pebbles impart extraordinary depth and complexity to the wine.

Spanning across various prestigious appellations of the region, including Tavel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, and others, the vineyard stretches over 60 hectares divided into 40 parcels across 8 municipalities.

Guided by a "Passion for the land," Christophe Delorme elevated the domaine among the greatest in the region, a milestone upheld today by Madeleine Delorme and Ambre, Christophe's wife and daughter.
