Marsannay Rouge "Les Grasses Tetes" 2019 Sylvain Pataille
Marsannay Rouge "Les Grasses Tetes" 2019 is a red wine from Burgundy produced using natural methods by Sylvain Pataille. The Pinot Noir grapes come from the climat of the same name, located on the southern side of the commune of Marsannay at an altitude of about 300 m above sea level with an eastern exposure. The vines are about 50 years old and are vinified entirely in whole bunches, according to organic farming principles. The wines of this area, thanks to the high percentage of limestone in the soil, are endowed with beautiful elegance but also a well-defined structure. In particular, this Marsannay Les Grasses Tetes is a mineral red that is quite soft on the attack, deep and balanced on the long finish. The nose offers fruity aromas, notes of underbrush and nuances of tobacco.
