Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo 2007 Emidio Pepe
Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo 2007 is a fine wine from Abruzzo produced by Emidio Pepe. It is obtained from 100% Montepulciano grapes that are processed according to traditional biodynamic principles: The must remains in contact with the skins only during the pressing phase of the grapes with the feet and is then vinified in white with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks . After a few months of rest, the wine is then bottled without filtration. With an intense and full pink color, Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo on the nose expresses aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, pomegranate and sweet spicy aromas. The sip is rich but fresh, harmonious. Emidio Pepe was able to create a unique rosé wine, of great character and dynamic in combinations.
