Moscato d'Asti "Camp Blanc" 2020 Emilio Vada
Moscato d'Asti "Camp Blanc" 2020 is a sweet wine from Piedmont produced by Emilio Vada. It is produced with 100% Moscato bianco di Canelli grapes coming from calcareous-clayey soils.
Fermentation in autoclave is activated by raising the temperature and allowing natural yeasts to start the transformation of sugar into alcohol. When the alcohol content reaches 5%, the temperature is lowered and fermentation is stopped. Subsequently the wine will undergo a microfiltration and it will be bottled at a pressure of about 2 atm.
Moscato d'Asti Camp Blanc of Emilio Vada shows a light straw yellow color with a fine and elegant bubbles, a fresh intense and aromatic bouquet of peach, apricot and sage. The sweet and aromatic taste is accompanied by the typical fruity aromas of Muscat grapes with a pleasing and persistent finish.
