It dates back to 1749 when Giacomo Justerini, a bold Bolognese merchant, followed his heart to London to pursue unrequited love. Remaining in the British capital, he founded a thriving wine and spirits distribution business with English partner George Johnson. In 1831, Alfred Brooks inherited the company, renaming it Justerini & Brooks. Since then, J & B Rare has become an icon of whisky, thanks to its artisanal blend of 40 different whiskies.
