The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the Dritta or Loretana olive variety, typical of the Loreto Aprutino area, where Francesco Paolo Valentini grows his olive trees on 50 hectares without the use of synthetic substances. Extraction is done only by mechanical methods and no filtration is done, to preserve the authentic taste of the fruit.
The very high level of polyphenols and low acidity make it genuine, intense and long-lasting.
