Ornellaia 2013 Tenute dell'Ornellaia
Tenuta Ornellaia's Ornellaia wine is a true wonder of the Tuscan terroir, produced in Bolgheri with hand-selected grapes from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
The grapes that are used in the production of Ornellaia wine come from the highest quality vineyards located in a unique territory with an ideal climate for growing vines. Cultivation techniques are based on careful grape selection and the use of organic methods to safeguard biodiversity.
Tenuta Ornellaia's production philosophy is based on attention to quality and the uniqueness of each bottle produced. Every stage of production is carefully followed, from harvest to maturation, in order to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the wine to the fullest.
Ornellaia wine has an intense red color with violet hues. Notes of ripe berries, spices and tobacco can be perceived on the nose, while the palate is characterized by a full and soft body, with velvety tannins and a remarkable taste persistence.
All in all, Ornellaia wine is a product of excellence that represents the most authentic expression of the Tuscan terroir and the passion of the producers of Tenuta Ornellaia for producing fine wines.
