Pierre Chaude 2019 Domaine L'Anglore
Pierre Chaude 2019 is a natural red wine from Eric Pfifferling, who only started producing this label in 2018. The wine is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Aramone grapes from the hills of Lauzes, which grow on limestone soils.
Harvesting is by hand, after which the grapes vinify with maceration on the skins for 15 days in whole bunches, followed by ageing for 18 months in tonneaux.
The 2019 'Pierre Chaude' from Domaine l'Anglore is a perfect balance between the warmth and ripe, mouth-watering fruit of the south of France with the elegance and delicacy of the style of Eric, a true master of natural winemaking in the southern Rhone Valley. It expresses aromas of small dark fruits, flowers and spices, for a rich and elegant sip.
