Description

Pinot Blanc Le Bouc 2019 La Rogerie

Pinot Blanc Le Bouc 2019 La Rogerie is a dry white wine made from Pinot Blanc grapes grown in vineyards located in the Alsace region of France. The vinification of this wine takes place in a very natural and artisanal process, as the wine is not filtered or clarified. This means that fermentation takes place spontaneously and the wine retains all the characteristics of the grape variety and terroir.

The wine has a bright, crystal-clear straw yellow colour. On the nose, one perceives notes of white-fleshed fruit, such as peach and pear, together with light floral notes. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and light, with pleasant acidity and a fruity flavour. The finish is delicate and persistent, with citrus notes and a slight mineral sensation.

The Pinot Blanc Le Bouc 2019 La Rogerie is a very versatile wine that goes well with appetisers, fish and vegetable dishes, or as an aperitif. Its lightness and freshness make it particularly suitable for summer, but it can be enjoyed all year round. In general, the Pinot Blanc Le Bouc 2019 La Rogerie is a high-quality wine, characterised by an excellent expression of the Alsace grape variety and terroir.
