The Pinot Noir 2021 from Domaine Gros Frère et Soeur is a wine that embodies the authenticity of the Burgundy terroir, hailing from the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation. This regional designation covers the entire Burgundy region, stretching from the north around Auxerre to the south, including Beaujolais. It is one of the few appellations that allows the production of red, white, and rosé wines across a wide variety of terroirs, while maintaining the distinctive Burgundian character.

The Pinot Noir used for this cuvée is carefully selected from different parcels within the extensive Coteaux Bourguignons area. The harvest is done manually, allowing for meticulous selection of the grape bunches, ensuring only the finest fruit is used in production. After picking, the grapes undergo further sorting to remove any imperfections.

Vinification follows a well-established tradition at Domaine Gros Frère et Soeur.
