Pommard 1Er Cru Les Rugiens 2017 Domaine Lejeune
Pommard 1er Cru Les Rugiens 2017 is a natural wine produced by Domaine Lejeune. It is made up of Pinot Noir grapes that come entirely from the 1er Cru les Rugiens vineyard. It is perhaps the best wine in the Domaine Lejeune range, the one that receives the most appreciation during the tastings. After the manual harvest, the careful selection of the grapes, the traditional fermentation, Pommard 1er Cru Les Rugiens 2017 undergoes an aging in barrique of new wood at 50% / 60%. This wine is characterized by more earthy tones, with mineral nuances, together with a fruity aroma of red fruits and undergrowth. The fruit is evident on the palate, it has a good balance with a nice long and mineral finish. As previously mentioned, this 1er Cru is at the top of the range wines, probably the most precise and interesting of all Lejeune wines.
