ALTEMASI
In the heart of the highest hills of Trentino, Altemasi, the "bubble from the highest masi," celebrates a story intertwined with the mountain landscape. Rooted between 450 and 600 meters above sea level, this winery embodies the excellence of the Trentodoc Metodo Classico, a flagship of the Consorzio Viticoltori del Trentino, composed of 11 Cooperative Wineries. For over sixty years, the Consortium has supported the production of quality wines, combining tradition and technology through the PICA platform, symbolizing intelligent and eco-sustainable viticulture.
Commitment to sustainability guides the production of Altemasi sparkling wines, reflecting the unique Trentino territory. Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, cultivated on fluvio-glacial and volcanic soils, mirror the influence of different microclimates, from the plains of Alto Adige to the peaks of Brenta. Manual harvesting, significant temperature variations, and bottle refermentation give them a distinctive aromatic profile and vital acidity essential for aging.
Altemasi sparklings, like the Brut Riserva "Graal," with its white perlage and hints of citrus, pear, and almond, or the fresh Millesimato Brut with notes of green apple, embody the elegance of mountain bubbles. The Pas Dosè, with brioche notes and the elegance of peach and citrus, represents the quintessence of the territory. Altemasi's labels narrate with sophistication the essence of Trentino-Alto Adige.
