AMIOT SERVELLE
Amiot Servelle the elegance of Burgundy Pinot Noir
The domaine Amiot Servelle, based in the village of Chambolle Musigny was founded in 1920 by the grandparents of the current owners.
The style of the maison has been from the beginning completely oriented towards the biological approach, so much so that, to date, it is the only estate of the denomination Chambolle-Musigny to have obtained the relative certification.
The family owns and cultivates more than 17 hectares of vineyards, among which the most famous and famous are certainly the 1er Cru Les Feusselottes, Les Charmes, Derrière la Grange e Les Amoureuses.
Each of these terroirs is characterized by different conditions, faithfully reported by Christian Servelle in their wines, also thanks to a targeted approach in the cellar with maceration in open vats and wood refinements customized for each Cru.
The style of the maison provides therefore a total loyalty to the territory, with the result of obtaining austere wines in the youth but very clean and complex, capable of a long aging that enhances the qualities of refinement and elegance.
