Antolini, authentic wines from Valpolicella

Founded in 1992, Antolini winery is located on the hills of Marano di Valpolicella, San Pietro in Cariano and Negrar, between 150 and 350 meters above sea level, and it is based on the total respect for the territory in order to obtain authentic and quality wines.

The winery has about 9 hectares of vineyards and the vines grow on a predominantly clayey soil. Another characteristic is the high temperature range between day and night, which makes the obtained wines particularly aromatic and complex to the nose.

The farming system adopted by us was the traditional zone system, double pergola with an average layout of 1×4; even the "marogne" were planted with several rows, typical of dry stone walls. Only autochthonous vines of the Valpolicella area are cultivated, in a sustainable way with the minimum use of chemical substances and the maximum respect for nature.
