Dany Fevre
The Maison de Champagne Dany Fèvre is a small family business with very ancient origins: founded in 1880, it produced its first cuvée in 1990. The company is located in Bar-sur-Seine, in Aube, where it cultivates around 8 hectares of vineyards from which it produces around 20,000 bottles a year.
Dany Fèvre is a small company capable of producing Champagne of the highest quality, obtained above all from the Pinot Noir vine, the absolute protagonist of production, which gives Champagne great structure and intense fruity notes.
The Maison Dany Fèvre is committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly work and is currently in the process of converting to biodynamic farming, to produce Champagnes that are highly expressive of terroir.
