Authentic wines from Molise by Di Majo Norante
The origins of Di Majo winery date back to 1800, it includes 123 hectares and is located in Campomarino, in the Ramitelli district. The vineyards rest on a clayey and partly sandy soil, good exposure and the sea breezes ensure adequate ripening and development of the aromatic equipment of the grapes.
The company philosophy is based on respect for the territory and on the cultivation of indigenous vines, cultivated in such a way as to preserve the original characteristics of the Mediterranean grapes, as a representation of the Molise region, carried out with conviction and perseverance inherited by Alessio di Majo Norante to his , today at the reins of the company.
The mainly cultivated grapes are Aglianico, Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Tintilia for the production of red wines, Falanghina and Greco for the production of whites; Royal Moscato for sweet passito. Bottles that reflect the wines of Molise, and more generally of Southern Italy, in a pure and uncontaminated way, which have led the Di Majo winery to become among the most recognized nationally.
