DOMAINE AIMÉ BLOUZARD
The Domaine Aimé Blouzard, located in Péronne, is above all a family story written today by Rémi, a third-generation descendant. A young winemaker driven by an environmental philosophy, he naturally decided to turn towards organic farming.
In 2016, Rémi Desmaris, a passionate young winemaker, took the reins of the estate, inheriting 5 hectares of vineyards from his maternal grandfather. In homage to his grandfather, Rémi named the estate Domaine Aimé Blouzard. Since then, the estate has flourished, expanding to cover 9.5 hectares cultivated organically.
Rémi's commitment to environmental management is evident in his daily vineyard practices, rooted in the principles of sustainable agriculture. Biodiversity is a cornerstone of their approach, with efforts to maximize it both within and around the vineyard plots. Three noble grape varieties—Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Gamay—are cultivated with precision and care, each contributing to the distinctive character of the estate's wines.
The commercial journey began in 2018, marking the debut of their meticulously crafted bottles. Today, Domaine Aimé Blouzard continues to evolve, representing not only a winery but also a commitment to environmentally conscious farming. Rémi and his team embody a deep respect for the land, emphasizing biodiversity to minimize their ecological footprint.
