Domaine Amelie Guillot, l'amore per lo Jura

Domaine Amelie Guillot was founded in 1995 when Amelie, after finishing her enology studies in Burgundy, went to Jura for an internship and fell in love with the people, the landscapes and the oxidative style wines of the region.

So he decided to acquire two hectares of 40 years old vineyard in Molamboz, 10 km from Arbois and start his adventure. During the years the Domaine has more or less kept the same size, in fact today it has 3.2 hectares of vineyard worked according to biodynamic agriculture principles.

The range of Amelie Guillot's wines is obtained by the typical grape varieties of the Jura region such as Poulsard, Trosseau, Chardonnay and Savagnin. They are pure and authentic labels which express the territory and the sensibility of their producer.
