FANNY SABRE

The Domaine Fanny Sabre is located in Pommard, Burgundy, and is run by Fanny who, at only 20 years of age, found herself having to run the business alone following the untimely death of her father.

Crucial to her was the help of Philippe Pacalet, who followed her through all stages of production, from vinification to harvesting and bottling.

Under Philippe's influence, Fanny approached a less conventional and more authentic and sustainable approach to making wine, a style that today represents the strength of the Domaine, producing pure and elegant wines.
