La Valentina, autentici vini abruzzesiLa Valentina winery was born in Spoltore, near Pescara, in 1990. Sabatino, Roberto and Andrea Di Properzio began their study of the Vigna Di Santa Teresa, and over time living in close contact with nature taught them to work according to respect for it.
Hence a production philosophy whose goal is to achieve the highest quality of the grapes, a concept that starts from the vineyard which is processed with the utmost respect for the terroir, to allow the grapes to express themselves in the best way and to give wines that are pure expression of Abruzzo DOC . These results are not obtainable if invasive interventions or too many chemical products are adopted, for this reason the company has adhered 100% to the principles of sustainable development of the environment.
The vineyards are located in various areas of the province of Pescara: 7 hectares are located behind the winery, along with 2 hectares of Pecorino; the other vineyards are located in Scafa. The climate of this area also does its part by allowing a perfect ripening of the grapes. This element, together with all the rest, allows the La Valentina company to produce pure wines that authentically represent the terroir of origin.
