Luigi Tecce's wines, energetic expressions of Irpinia

Luigi Tecce's winery is located in Campania in the municipality of Paternopoli, right in the area of the "Taurasi" appellation. Luigi, in the fourth generation of the family, took over the reins of the company in 1997 where he began to cultivate just 1 hectare of vineyard, maintaining the traditions of his grandparents and renouncing chemistry.

Today the company has 5 hectares of south-facing vineyards at an altitude of between 500 and 600 metres. We try to respect the balance with nature as much as possible by completely eliminating all chemical substances, which are replaced with minimal quantities of copper and sulphur.

Luigi is a sensitive and talented winemaker who has been able to transmit his character to the wines he produces: the Aglianico "Satyricon", the Taurasi "Poliphemo" and the "Puro Sangue" Taurasi, are endowed with great energy and authentically express the territory of Irpinia.
