Piconnet, rare and authentic Champagne

Domaine C.H. Piconnet is a small winery in Neuville-sur-Seine run by Clément Piconnet, a young and talented vigneron who, after training at the school of viticulture and oenology in Changins, Switzerland, gained work experience in Champagne, Burgundy and Australia.

Today, he and his wife Agathe manage 7.5 hectares of their own vineyards, where most of the grapes and wines are sold to other producers. His personal production is very limited, reserved for the best grapes on the estate and processed in his small cellar where around 5000 bottles are produced for a limited audience of connoisseurs.

Behind Clément's wines we find meticulous work that starts in the vineyard where the use of any chemical substance is forbidden in order to preserve the authenticity of the terroir. Piconnet's Champagnes are an example of rare harmony and elegance, pure expressions of their terroir.
