Rémi Jobard, essential wines from Burgundy

Rémi Jobard is a Burgundy winery located in the commune of Meursault. Rémi is a name known in the area for producing white wines of great personality: he founded his company in 1991, which has grown over the years, especially after receiving BIO certification and also thanks to a series of 1ers Crus of the highest level.

Today, the estate covers 9 hectares of vineyards from which around 50,000 bottles are produced each year, in a traditional and essential way both in the vineyard and in the cellar, with the aim of expressing the individual characteristics of the different terroirs to the best of their ability. Rémi has opted to use truncated conical casks made of Austrian wood from the Stockinger cooperage.

All the cuvees are then matured for one year in barrels, about 25% new, and 6 months in vats; all Rémi's wines are very precise with a clear and characteristic aromatic imprint, rich and lively but at the same time essential.
