ROAGNA

Roagna winery is a sustainable wine business located in the commune of Barbaresco, in Piedmont. The winery is now managed by Alberto and his son Luca, the fifth generation of the family, continuing to follow a philosophy focused on respect for traditions but at the same time looking for innovation, but above all a great respect for nature in order to obtain authentic and territorial products. The cultivation of vines and the work of winemaking in the cellar is based on principles stated in a "Roagna Manifesto", articulated in ten points, among which we read: use of old vines, biodiversity, prohibition of pesticides and herbicides, exclusive use of indigenous yeasts and long maturation. The wines obtained enclose the essence of this production philosophy and express the great craftsmanship that the winery has been transmitting from generation to generation.
