VINCENT DANCER
Vincent Dancer, talent of Côte de Beaune
Domaine Vincent Dancer is located in Chassagne-Montrachet, in the Côte de Beaune of Burgundy, the land of the best white wines made from the Chardonnay grape.
The winery, which currently has 5 hectares of vines located between Chassagne Montrachet, Puligny Montrachet, Meursault, Pommard and Beaune, was founded in 1996 with a production of around 4000 bottles, which today stands at around 20,000 per year.
Dancer's success derives from the great quality of his wines, which are an authentic interpretation of the terroir: his company was the first in Chassagne to approach the principles of organic farming, and Vincent's talent and great precision did the rest.
Today, Vincent Dancer is the representative of a new generation of young, dynamic winemakers who have seen the prestige of their wines grow and gradually begin to appear in starred restaurants throughout France.
In the vineyard, organic farming principles are followed and the use of pesticides is banned. In the cellar, the bottles are aged naturally for 12 to 18 months, without any oenological intervention, until they are bottled without filtration.
